NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

How we handle confidentiality with creators

1. Our default approach

We treat all creator information as confidential by default — even if a formal NDA has not yet been signed. We do not publicly share your real name, account links, earnings or strategy details without your clear permission.

2. Formal NDA

For creators who require it, we can sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive data. This can cover:

• Real identity and personal information
• Platform usernames and links
• Financial data and earnings
• Custom strategies, scripts and internal processes

3. Anonymized reporting

Any screenshots or performance examples we show in private or public are anonymized: no names, faces or direct profile links. Our goal is to show the type of results possible without exposing your identity.

4. Requesting an NDA

If you’d like to work under a formal NDA from day one, mention it in your application or on our first call. We’ll provide a simple template or review your own version.
